This BlueJay roast is a 100% Arabica  coffee from Brazil. It is a direct trade coffee with a small farmer. It's a super low acidity coffee with *tasting notes of Dark chocolate, Hazelnut and Caramel.

We ship within 5 business days (barring holidays). Each order has to be scheduled for roasting once ordered. We keep no coffee preroasted for orders, so you get the freshest coffee possible.
